Case against driver dismissed in Bundaberg court
THE case against a man accused of driving without due care and attention following the death of a cyclist in June has been dismissed.
Christopher James Tydhof did not appear in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Friday as the police prosecutor withdrew the charge.
On June 1 a 57-year-old cyclist died after a traffic crash with a small truck in Johnston St, outside Aldi in Avoca.
