Bundy in the swing of fundraising

BUNDABERG business owners Brad and Karen Solomon are revving up support for Bundaberg’s liberty swing rebuild by donating more than $10,000 to the cause.

The swing, designed for people with a disability, was destroyed by vandals last week and many local businesses have since joined together to have the swing rebuilt.

The Bundaberg Motor Group and Bundaberg Prestige owners were disgusted by the act of vandalism and will donate $100, on top of the initial $10,000, from every car sold in the past week.

They will announce the final tally at a fundraiser being held today and tomorrow at the CBD Pavilion from 9am until 3pm.

Bundaberg Broadcasters’ three stations will broadcast live from the pavilion while collecting donations for the cause.
