Bundaberg Magistrates Court closed today
BUNDABERG Magistrates Court will not open today due to the extensive flooding in the region.
A spokesman said anyone due to face court and who did not attend would not be penalised.
"A warrant will not be issued for their arrest," the spokesman said.
Anyone who was due to face court tomorrow should call their lawyer or the court for updated information on their next appearance.
