Colourful artist shows exhibition

ART enthusiasts are running out of time to see award winning artist Tracey Jane’s latest exhibition at Gin Gin.

Ms Jane has been a practicing artist for the past 20 years and has a passion for drawing with graphite.

The exhibition, Black and White Only, is her third solo exhibition.

She has previously exhibited at Perc Tucker Gallery in Townsville and at the Townsville Art Society Gallery.

The talented artist won the Cairns Emerging Artists Award in 1999.

She was also named as champion of the art show at Charters Towers in 2006.

Black and White Only will be on display at the Gin Gin Regional Courthouse Gallery, at 80a Mulgrave Street, until Friday.

The gallery is open from 9am until 3pm Tuesday to Friday and from 9am until noon on Saturdays.
