Bay Power out to make amends after losses

A HORRIFIC fortnight must be cast aside if Bay Power are to capitalise on their strong start to the season.

The Power has suffered two consecutive losses after four consecutive wins to the open the season.

Michael Gay said his side was keen to move from last week's 77-point plastering courtesy of Hervey Bay Bombers, though his roster will lack several regular members through injury.

Gay said Dale Burt, Damien McGreevy Jr, Damon Oakley and Steve Eekelschot are likely to absent from today's home game against Across The Waves, but assured the Power faithful the playing group would recover from the Bombers' demolition.

"We've just got to fix up what we have to, we were a bit sloppy in the midfield last week, and we weren't accountable,” Gay said.

The Power will host ATW at Keith Dunne Oval today.

First bounce at 3pm.
