Aspiring artists can once more benefit from the RADF program

ASPIRING and emerging artists can once more benefit from the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF), with Round 2 open now.

The Regional Arts Development Fund is a partnership between North Burnett Regional Council and the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland to support local arts and culture.

As the RADF grants process is highly competitive and limited funds are available for each round, residents are encouraged to use the next few weeks to thoroughly prepare and submit their applications.

Round 2 RADF grant funding is currently open to the North Burnett community, with applications invited from individual residents, groups and organisations for financial assistance to support arts and cultural activities.

Applications close at 5pm on Monday December 30.

For further information on RADF, go to http://www.arts.qld.gov.au or contact Council's RADF Liaison Officer on 1300 696 272, email admin@northburnett.qld.gov.au or download an application form and guidelines from Council's website at http://www.northburnett.qld.gov.au.
