Abandoned pets looking for home

ABOUT 300 unwanted dogs, cats, kittens and puppies are abandoned on the RSPCA's doorstep every month.

Twelve-week-old Cricket the kitten is still looking for a home after being left at the shelter more than seven weeks ago.

The female feline was surrendered to the shelter along with the rest of her litter.

Only she and her brother Fraiser, a ginger tabby, remain without a home.

Cricket and Fraiser are both short-hair cross domestic cats and are microchipped, desexed and temperament tested.
