JUST over $18,000 was raised by the six entrants in the Leukaemia Foundation of Queensland's 2013 Miss Bundy Grand Prix Quest.
Kelsey Ibell, Fusha Benson, Chloe Sard, Crystal Mears, Kristy-Lee Linnett and Selena Meale turned heads while raising much-needed funds to provide leukemia patients with free accommodation and support services during treatment.
Charity and Miss Bundy Grand Prix Winner was Chloe Sard, Charity Runner-Up was Crystal Mears and Miss Bundy GP Runner-Up was Fusha Benson.
Sue-Ellen Pitt of the Leukaemia Foundation of Queensland said: "We would also like to thank the Australian Powerboat GP which was held on November 9 and 10 at Sandy Hook, the drivers and teams from around Australia, the event sponsors and the volunteers and spectators.
"This spectacular and unique event gives the Leukaemia Foundation the platform to conduct the quest, and highlight Bundaberg as the host of Queensland's biggest powerboat racing event."
