$900m pay day: Richest Kardashians revealed
From makeup moguls to a supermodel and the "monager" who started it all, the Kardashians and Jenners are worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
They catapulted to superstardom off the back of their E! reality TV series, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and all of the drama that came with their personal lives.
With the final season of KUWTK about to air, the Kardashians and Jenners are making moves in make-up, fashion, brand endorsements, and social media, leading them to command huge pay packets. So who is making the most money?
The family's top earners, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, are worth an estimated $US900 million each ($A1.15 billion), mostly fuelled by their business interests.
Kim - who is going through a high-profile divorce from ex-husband Kanye West - owns KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance.
She also started Skims, a "solutionwear" range of undergarments for which she signed lucrative deals with retail giants Net-A-Porter, Selfridges and Nordstrom.
Kylie Jenner made megabucks off her Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin brands, of which she sold 51 per cent to global beauty company Coty in 2019.
The Kardashians and Jenners have had huge success globally including in the Australian market, with Kylie Skin launching into Mecca Cosmetica stores and KKW Fragrance stocked at Myer.
Next is the family's "monager" Kris Jenner, who has amassed a $US190 million ($A242 million) empire, primarily as a talent manager, running Jenner Communications. The "talent" she manages are her daughters.
Next is Kendall Jenner, who is world's highest-paid supermodel according to Forbes. Her earnings sitting at an estimated $US45 million ($A57 million) in 2020.
She has modelled for Victoria's Secret and Chanel, and invested in a tequila company, 818, and was rumoured to be an investor in Moon (an oral care brand), though WWD reported that she is a promotional partner.
Worth about $US40 million ($A51 million), Khloe owns inclusive-sized clothing label, Good American, incorporating denim, activewear and shapewear from sizes 00 to 24. She is also a global partner for collagen supplement brand, Dose & Co.
Kourtney - who has a $US35 million ($A44 million) fortune - runs the Goop-esque lifestyle and e-commerce site, Poosh.
A key part of how each of the Kardashians and Jenners rake in cash is via sponsored content on Instagram.
The Kardashians and Jenners' retail business interests can't compare to their social media influence, where they can earn millions of dollars for a single photo.
Kylie, for instance, charges a reported $US1.27 million ($A1.67 million) for a sponsored post, according to Instagram's Rich List.
"My daughters are constantly getting offers to post something for a company, or a brand, on social media," Kris Jenner told CBS in 2019.
"They have a fee for a post, or a fee for a story, a fee for Facebook … they have a fee schedule."
When asked to reveal the exact amounts they charge, she said: "I mean, it's definitely six figures".
The Kardashians and Jenners' social media audiences continues to grow, playing a key role in their post-KUWTK earning capacity. Currently, Kylie has 206 million followers, Kim has 196 million, Kendall has 145 million, Khloe has 125 million and Kourtney has 105 million.
