Located at Novotel Pacific Bay Resort Coffs Harbour, the quiet fitness
centre is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and the soft sand
at Charlesworth Bay. We have the option of training in the fitness
centre, getting some fresh air by the beach or outside in the frangipani
gardens. Our training environment is fun, motivating, private and
challenging yet not intimidating.
