Ten to launch new digital channel

TEN Network Holdings Ltd says it has formed a joint-venture with US broadcaster CBS Studios International for a new digital multi-channel.
The channel, to be called ELEVEN, will launch in 2011, Ten said in a statement on Thursday.
Ten will hold a two-thirds equity stake in the joint-venture, ElevenCo Pty Ltd, with CBS holding the remaining one-third stake.
