Man accused of spreading HIV bailed

AN HIV positive circus acrobat accused of having unprotected sex with women has been granted bail in a Brisbane court.
Godfrey Zaburoni, 31, has been charged with two counts of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and two alternative lesser charges of grievous bodily harm.
He is accused of infecting one woman between February 1 2007 and September 30, 2008 and a second woman on April 2, 2007.
Justice Roslyn Atkinson granted Zaburoni bail on Tuesday in the Supreme Court.
