A VEHICLE was destroyed by fire at Thabeban early yesterday morning in an apparent arson attack.
Queensland Fire and Rescue Bundaberg station officer Chris Sheather said the vehicle caught alight on Searle Street about 1.20am.
“Crews used hose reels to extinguish the fire and we left it in the hands of the police,” Mr Sheather said.
The cause of the blaze is unknown, but Bundaberg Police were involved after fears that it may not have been an accident.
“It appears to have started under suspicious circumstances,” Mr Sheather said.
