New inspector for RSPCA
NextMonday, Patrick Yeates will start his tenure as the region's newinspector for the RSPCA with a meet and greet with animal welfaregroups.
“Animals are often the forgotten victims, and I hopethat in my new role I can help to educate the community and increasepublic awareness as well as prosecuting the perpetrators of animalabuse and neglect,” Mr Yeates said.
