THE BODY of a 44-year-old woman was recovered from Euleilah Creek, Rosedale, on Wednesday afternoon.
It is believed the woman drowned, but police say there were no suspicious circumstances.
The woman was last seen about 4pm on Tuesday, and a search began that afternoon when she was reported missing.
She was believed to be from the Rosedale area.
Her body was found about 3pm on Wednesday and removed from the water by Agnes Water police.
“It is still being investigated, but it is believed to be non-suspicious,” a Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said.
