Repeat sex offender released

Wayde Troy Hughes, 20, admitted to the court that he was masturbating in his car on March 12 in Brisbane and tapped on his window as a 14-year-old girl walked past.
He committed a similar crime in Bundaberg in August, 2007.
He was released from custody to serve an intensive correctional order for one year.
