TWO Bundaberg men who allegedly committed a string of offences between Bundaberg and Gladstone have been arrested and charged.

Police will allege about 1pm on Friday the driver of a dark coloured Nissan coupe evaded police at Ricketts Rd, Burnett Heads.

The driver is also accused of doing a burnout near the Southside Shopping Complex.

A 26-year-old man was charged with dangerous driving and three counts of evading police at each Gladstone, Miriam Vale and Burnett Heads.

The car was also allegedly involved in drive-offs from two Bundaberg liquor stores.

A 21-year old man was charged with stealing after allegedly taking alcohol from a Bundaberg North and Bundaberg East bottle-shop.

Bundaberg Police spent Friday afternoon searching for the car before both men were arrested and charged in Gladstone by police late Friday night.
