SKY News has just reported that Anthony Field will be the only member to stay on in The Wiggles.

The children's entertainers were set to announce major line-up changes in a press conference on Sunday.

But it appears they have been pressured to make their announcement early.

Three of the group's backing dancers, including first-ever female member Emma Watkins, will be donning the yellow, red and purple skivvies at the end of the year when Greg Page, Jeff Fatt and Murray Cook retire.

The new Wiggles will join the original line-up for a final farewell tour.

It was only a matter of time before the original members retired.

The group is now in its 21st year and was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame last year.

THE online rumour mill kicked into overdrive this afternoon with revelations The Wiggles will be announcing major "line-up" changes.

The Sydney Morning Herald has reported that the popular children's group has confirmed changes to its line-up, including the possible retirement of some members.

An official announcement regarding the changes is expected on Sunday.

The news comes just a few months after group dumped temporary member Sam Moran for original Yellow Wiggle Greg Page, who left the group in 2006 because of illness.

Jeff Fatt, 58, is currently the oldest member of the group, which also includes Anthony Field and Murray Cook.

The Wiggles were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame last year alongside singer Kylie Minogue.
