Seductive eyes beat penis pics in world of sexy selfies

PUT IT AWAY: Women want to see eyes, not genitals, says a survey.
PUT IT AWAY: Women want to see eyes, not genitals, says a survey.
  • 72% of cheating women have received a penis selfie
  • 91% of them don't like to receive plain penis selfies
  • More than a third of women prefer a close-up of their lover's face

IN A new survey, 72% of the 2500 female members questioned said they have been on the receiving end of a penis selfie.

A selfie, for anyone not familiar with the internet, is an image taken of oneself, a self-portrait in more traditional terms.

Naked selfies have become increasingly common among mobile users, but evidence suggests women don't want to be confronted with nudity on their phones.

The survey, conducted by dating site Victoria Milan, found that nude, full body selfies only accounted for 16% of the images most favoured by women, while full-on penis images please a tiny 9%.

Thirty-six per cent of women said a seductive photo of a man's eyes was more pleasing.
