Man exposing himself to Mackay shoppers: Police

UPDATE: POLICE have issued a statement looking for witnesses to the indecent act yesterday at Caneland.

Sergeant Nigel Dalton said a man exposed himself at around 4pm yesterday at a department store on Mangrove Road.

They are asking for any witnesses to contact them with any information as soon as possible

INITIAL: MACKAY Police are trying to track down a man who has apparently been exposing himself to shoppers in Caneland Central.

The man was reportedly spotted making obscene gestures in the toy section of Myer this afternoon.

A spokesman for Queensland Police Service confirmed police were looking for the man.

He encouraged the public to call Mackay Police Station (4968 3444) if they had any information.
