Man, 51, charged with trafficking

A 51-YEAR-OLD man who has been accused of trafficking marijuana in Bundaberg has been charged by police.

Bundaberg Criminal Investigation Branch Detective Sergeant Ben Fadian said a search was carried out at the man's North Bundaberg home on Wednesday, and a quantity of marijuana and $10,000 in cash was allegedly seized.

Det Sgt Fadian said police would allege the man had been trafficking drugs for the past two years.

The man will appear in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on May 25.
