Boatie on drink driving list

THE NewsMail publishes the names of all drink and drug drivers convicted in Bundaberg Magistrates Court each week.

Drink drivers are certainly not limited to just cars and trucks with a boatie appearing in this week's list for blowing 0.133%.

  • Geoffrey William BRAMMAH, 43, of Coral Cove, blew 0.133 % while driving a boat, fined $1,200 and given no disqualification.
  • Stephen Andrew WHITNEY, 47, of Innes Park, blew 0.079 %, given 10 months probation and disqualified from driving for three months
  • Zak John Lewis TIMMS, 18, of Bargara, blew 0.052 %, fined $300 and disqualified from driving for three months
  • Leon James VEA-VEA, 31, of Woodgate, blew 0.197 %, fined $1,000 and disqualified from driving for 12 months
  • Aaron Troy WALTON, 36, of Dundowran Beach, blew 0.081 %, fined $450 and disqualified from driving for six weeks
  • Katrina Jane VERNAU, 21, of Burnett Heads, blew 0.070 %, fined $350 and disqualified from driving for two months
  • Dennis Gordon THORNTON, 48, of Lowmead, blew 0.093 %, fined $450 and disqualified from driving for three months
  • Emily Maree O'MAHONEY, 19, of Walkervale, blew 0.039 %, fined $300 and disqualified from driving for three months
  • Kellie Ann JARROTT, 40, of Norville, blew 0.051 %, fined $300 and disqualified from driving for one month
  • Bernard Charles JARMAN, 29, of Svensson Heights, blew 0.054 %, fined $600 and disqualified from driving for one month
  • Bradley Josef BARTH, 18, of Moore Park Beach, blew 0.104 %, fined $800 and disqualified from driving for six months
  • Maree Leanne SALATA, 42, of Elliott Heads, blew 0.143 %, given 12 months probation and disqualified from driving for 12 months
  • Shane Michael LEVERETT, 24, of Hilton (WA), blew 0.104 %, fined $800 and disqualified from driving for two months
